This shape is generally considered a Hawaiian aesthetic, but there's more to a Pineapple uke than what meets the eye. Pineapple-shaped ukuleles are generally considered to have a louder volume and more mellow sound than a standard body uke of a similar build. Enyaβs X1 KOA HPL Pineapple body ukulele features a 450 radiant on the fretboard for easier, more comfortable playing, embedded carbon fiber for a premium sound, and all the benefits of HPL construction (better tone, durability, and resistance to temperature extremes).
